Sometimes descriptions and measurements can be confusing and difficult to visualise. All our colour brochures contain floor plans which provide more information and allow our buyers to effectively walk through the property prior to a viewing. This of course also ensures that your home and it's design remain memorable when buyers are looking at a number of properties.

Advanced Technology

In 1998 we introduced a specialised estate agency computerised system to all our branches. This system allows potential purchasers to view properties in full colour (with floor plans) and the details to be printed at the touch of a button. All our applicants are registered on the database and can therefore be matched instantly to properties meeting their criteria.

And what happens once the sale is agreed?

Henderson Connellan are one of the few estate agents to offer a dedicated, full time sales progressor. Once your sale has been agreed the progressor will liase with all parties in the chain and with other estate agents to ensure that your sale progresses to a satisfactory completion.
