Office Environment

We have the attitude in our company that we want to be the best in our industry, but we understand that we can only do this if our people are the best at what 
they do. It is our belief that we can realise the potential within our people if they have a good work/life balance. So, for this reason, we ensure that everyone fulfils their full potential, but works five days per week, which is unusual within our industry.

Week Two
  • Brochure training
  • Continue to visit listing portfolio
  • Designate target areas - Rightmove updates in area Canvassing letters
  • Henderson Connellan website – print off, read, understand and deliver
  • Henderson Connellan USP’s – read, remember, relay
Week Three
  • Mortgage training and referrals
  • Property Misdescriptions Act – understand and compliance – see NAEA for guidance manual or internet
  • Rightmove training – information to help with vendor updates
  • New developments
