This is one of the most important aspects of our letting business. 
Getting this right means that our landlords can enjoy a comfortable time letting their property and our tenants can find a property they are happy in and can treat with respect and care. 

Our screening process ensures that the chosen tenant undergoes rigorous reference checks examining their ability and desire to maintain our client's properties to a high standard. Once a prospective tenant has passed our checks, our lettings team will prepare the residential tenancy agreement and explain all the legal obligations contained therein.
